Hinata Art
Each piece is original, one-of-a-kind.
The concept of "Hinata Art" was born in 2023 on my kitchen table. The word "Hinata" in Japanese means "sunny side", which brings the feeling of happiness, positivity and a smile on our faces. With a 2 decades background in early childhood education focusing on art, it seemed to me that I needed to express myself artistically through my creations using my hands. I love painting, embroidery and working with lynorite, but clay appealed to me the most. It is tangible, it can be touched, shaped, painted or decorated in any way. With my rich imagination, it is simply ideal.
I create in my small studio, located in Tokyo. I create ceramics in small batches, spontaneously, and freely. I create one-off-a-kind type of ceramic objects, that somehow represent my personality.

I offer selected Japanese teas, mostly Sencha, Gyokuro, Genmaicha, Houjicha. I have a direct supply from the farmers in Wazuka, Kyoto.
