Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This does not apply to open tea and custom-made goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. ​

​Legal regulation, IOSS registration, taxes and shipping fees ​

Hinataart operates an online store with Japanese tea and ceramics and is governed by the applicable legislation of Japan, including the Act on Specific Commercial Transactions (特别商公司法), which ensures transparency and consumer protection. At the same time, we respect and comply with all relevant regulations and laws of the European Union regarding e-commerce, consumer protection and personal data protection (such as GDPR).  Value added tax is not included. It may be determined upon delivery of the goods. If requested, you are obliged to pay it to the delivery person on site.

Customs fees will be incurred if the value of the goods exceeds 150 euros.
