By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate information regarding payment and shipping details. Prices: Prices listed on the website are in Japanese Yen {YEN} and are subject to change without notice. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit Cards. Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please read the details carefully as we are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete order details. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately by email with a photo of the damage. We will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Right of withdrawal EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This does not apply to open tea and custom-made goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Intellectual Property All content on our website, including images, designs and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Hinata Art Shop and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from the site without permission.
Limitation of Liability

Legal regulation, IOSS registration, taxes and shipping fees
Hinataart operates an online store with Japanese tea and ceramics and is governed by the applicable legislation of Japan, including the Act on Specific Commercial Transactions (特别商公司法), which ensures transparency and consumer protection. At the same time, we respect and comply with all relevant regulations and laws of the European Union regarding e-commerce, consumer protection and personal data protection (such as GDPR). Value added tax is not included. It may be determined upon delivery of the goods. If requested, you are obliged to pay it to the delivery person on site.
Customs fees will be incurred if the value of the goods exceeds 150 euros.
